Honestly, now that I’ve been eating this stuff for a while, I really can’t even remember the difference between the riced cauliflower and regular rice. This just is my rice now, and I’m totally happy with it!

I will say that cauliflower does have some carbs, but it also has plenty of fiber which is what makes it so low carb-friendly. And it’s delicious too!

A CAULIFLOWER RICE SUBSTITUTE OPTION:
Use zoodles instead of cauli-rice!
It’s a the perfect substitute, and after a while, you really don’t remember the difference, so you never feel like you’re missing out!
